Here we go!

Just days to go until the KICKOFF OF OUR FIT & FABULOUS IN 30 DAYS  program begins!
Here's what you can do to ramp up, get ready, and be ready to roll on April 1st.

  • Clean out the "junk" around your house- purge your cupboards, refrigerator and work space of unhealthy foods.
  • Shop for deals on the non-perishable foods that you will be living on...organic grains such as brown rice and quinoa, shelf stable Almond, Rice or Coconut milk  to name a few.
  • Bargain spots for organic products:
    • Winco 
    • Sprouts
    • Trader Joe's 
    • Costco
    • Fry's
  • Start mentally shifting toward how important your health is- this will help combat the blues of missing sugar, caffeine and alcohol.  When you see them as poisons their less likely to be a craving.
    • Educate yourself on animal rendering plants, inflammation caused by sugar and the effects of stress on our acute and longitudinal health.

Take a second to appreciate you. Your choice to put you first, put your health as a priority in sickness and in health and be proud of yourself.  You're doing it!
